Bilgin\u00e7 is a global IT training company with more than 25 years of experience, partners with Oracle, Microsoft, VM Ware, Red Hat, amongs many others, and they give trainings on their products. It is a win-win as company, employees, and the system integrator companies gain. Bilgin\u00e7 enables companies and organizations to achieve IT objectives set for their companies. Mehmet Y\u00fccesan is the owner of Bilgin\u00e7. At present, he is responsible for all commercial activities and for aligning customer needs with management and other departments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe were approached by a The Founders Hub representative, who inquired about our internationalization plans. This approach came at exactly the right time for us. We had grown in Turkey and we were figuring out how to scale in Europe. We were considering different directions. The main question we asked ourselves was: should we only work with internal sales people or should we also outsource a part of our commercial activities?\u00a0 We decided to try both.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This hybrid approach led to interesting insights.\u201cThe Founders Hub proved to be more successful than our own sales in new markets. We downsized our internal sales department abroad and tripled the engagement with The Founders Hub. Initially, we started in the Netherlands area with The Founders Hub, but we soon branched out into the Iberia and German speaking countries as well, which is already yielding the first results.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
